Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Lekke Lob website and buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Lekke Lob is an online padel shop based in Heidelberg, Gauteng, South Africa. Contact: alundi.online@gmail.com, +27 78 271 1670.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

3. Orders

An order is accepted once we send you a confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered.

5. Returns

Your rights to return goods are set out in our Refund Policy and under the Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African law.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Padel is a fast sport; please use eye protection and suitable footwear, and play within your ability.
