Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Lekke Lob gear. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
Changed your mind?
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email alundi.online@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. You pay the return delivery cost, and we refund the item price once we have received and checked the item.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Under the Consumer Protection Act you may return a defective item within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement or full refund (our choice where the law allows). Please email us photos within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, and we will cover the return cost.
Items we can't take back
- Items that have been used on court (for example rackets with scuffs, worn shoes or used overgrips), unless faulty
- Socks, insoles and other hygiene items once opened
- Gift cards
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no cost before it has been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible.
